On Thursday, October 15, Daryl Brown, Assistant Director of St. Louis County Election Board will speak on the upcoming election issues. Topic of discussion includes voting location, types of ballots, proper identification needed, early voting versus mail in ballots and the best time to get to the polls. For members who may beed assistance in voting, he will address who can assist a voter that needs it.
