This award is presented as an individual or organization recognition. The activities in which this Humanitarian award may be authorized are through St. Louis Celebrity Seniors, Inc. Humanitarian Awards Selection Committee and Board of Directors.

 

Applications must include name, professional title and company (if applicable), address, city, state, zip, email and phone number. Applicants must attach a 250 word or less resume of achievements, and supporting verification, that qualifies the candidate for a “Helping Hand” Humanitarian Service Award. Include two letters of support. Candidates must be at least 21 years old.

 

Applicant may submit a resume of accomplishments in one of the award categories:

 

Helping Hand: Promoting Teen Excellence

The recipient of this award organized or financially supported a

program that made a significant impact in helping to inspire young

men and/or women, ages 13 through 19, to improve their education

and standard of living.

 

Helping Hand: Reducing Street Violence

The recipient of this award organized or financially supported a program that made a significant impact in reducing street violence in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

 

Helping Hand: Service in Health Care

The recipient of this award organized or financially supported or provided a program that made a significant impact in the healthcare community in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
